Direct Rate Home Loans has partnered with the team at Attorney Backed Agents and is looking for Full-Time - Experienced Loan Officers

Direct Rate Home Loans is growing, and we’re looking for experienced, motivated Mortgage Loan Officers who want more than just a place to hang their license.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for Loan Officers who are driven, relationship-focused, and serious about building a long-term mortgage business.

The ideal candidate:

1. Has mortgage origination experience
2. Holds or is able to obtain the appropriate MLO licensing
3. Understands the importance of Realtor and referral-partner relationships
4. Provides an exceptional experience for clients
5. Is self-motivated and accountable
6. Wants to continue growing personally and professionally
7. Values teamwork, communication, and doing things the right way
8. Wants to be part of a company with an entrepreneurial mindset
