Responsibilities Provide support for scheduling and coordination of activities, conference rooms, calendar management, telephone conferences and messaging, travel arrangements and vouchers, and briefing and correspondence review for grammar and formatting Support the coordination and management of decision documents, directives, work plans, governance documentation, and strategic artifacts Serve as member of in/out processing team and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared on behalf of inbound/outbound contractors to allow proper processing Qualifications Education and/or Experience Junior to mid-level positions may be available, depending on experience Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly Requirements/Abilities Strong organizational skills Excellent customer‑facing skills Geographic Location: Las Cruces, NM Travel: Minimal #J-18808-Ljbffr TENICA Global Solutions
