The ANM assists in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating unit services, ensuring quality care and team leadership. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BS or BSN); current Alaska RN license required. American Heart Association BLS certification required upon hire. Preferred: recent clinical experience in acute care, leadership roles (Charge Nurse), and shared governance experience. Key Responsibilities Support unit operations, manage clinical activities, and provide leadership during assigned shifts. Assist in planning and evaluating nursing services to ensure quality patient care. Serve as a managerial presence, fostering a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
