Risk Advisor
In this role, you'll serve as a trusted risk advisor to middle market and large commercial clients, helping them navigate complex insurance challenges and uncover opportunities to better protect their businesses. You'll build and grow a profitable book of business by developing strong client and carrier relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering customized risk management solutions.
Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of insurance, sales, or business development experience; or participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP); or a High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of related experience. Commercial casualty insurance experience is required. Proven ability to build relationships, generate new business, and deliver client-focused solutions. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, risk management principles, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Active Property & Casualty license, or the ability to obtain and maintain required licensing. Preferred: Wholesale brokerage experience and/or professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, ARM, or CEBS.
