Territory Sales Manager

What You’ll Do As Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across the Mountain West region. Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with manufacturers and industrial customers. Build lasting relationships with end users, distributors, and channel partners. Execute strategic territory plans to maximize market penetration and sales growth. Conduct customer meetings, equipment demonstrations, and plant visits to understand operational challenges. Partner with applications specialists to design solutions that increase productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Manage a healthy sales pipeline and accurately forecast opportunities using CRM tools. Deliver consultative, value‑based sales presentations focused on ROI and business outcomes. Collaborate with service, applications, marketing, and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Represent the company at industry trade shows, customer events, and networking opportunities. What Makes You Successful We’re looking for ambitious, customer‑focused sales professionals who enjoy building relationships and closing deals. Ideal Candidates Will Have 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience selling capital equipment, CNC machinery, industrial technologies, manufacturing solutions, or similar products. Strong prospecting and business development skills. A consultative sales approach focused on solving customer challenges and delivering measurable value. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage a geographic territory. Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region. Industry experience in woodworking, cabinetry, sign making, plastics, composites, fabrication, or general manufacturing is highly desirable.
