LPN Continuing CareAs a continuing care LPN, providing top-notch patient care is paramount. Under the direction of an RN, mid-level provider, or physician, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will be a vital part of a team, making a real difference in the lives of patients and their families.
