Position Overview Talent Acquisition Specialist for a short‑term, 60‑day project based onsite in Seattle, Washington. This role works closely with the HR team to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient sourcing, screening, and placement of candidates. Responsibilities Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process, including posting, sourcing, and screening candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and build candidate pipelines. Utilize ATS and recruitment platforms to track applicants and manage reporting. Support DEI‑aligned sourcing and hiring practices. Provide timely communication and updates to candidates and internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting. Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
