Duties
Help
Review patient's medical and dental history for evidence of past and present conditions.
Prepare for dental hygiene treatment and preliminary dental examinations.
Interpret routine x-rays to identify tooth structures, calculus, and abnormalities.
Maintain patients' record of treatment.
Perform postoperative care and provides oral hygiene instruction to patients.
Provide dental hygiene training to other dental service personnel.
Perform specialized oral prophylaxes and preventative dental hygiene procedures.
