Full-Time | Chandler, AZ Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses | Unlimited Earning Potential | Targeted yearly income $100,000k + Flexible schedule with occasional evenings and weekends based on customer needs

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home and virtual sales consultations with homeowners
• Build trust through a consultative sales approach focused on customer needs and long-term value
• Prepare and present accurate proposals, system recommendations, and financing options
• Educate customers on:
  • Energy-efficient HVAC systems
  • Indoor air quality solutions
  • Maintenance programs
  • Available upgrades and home comfort options
• Maintain timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and customer communications
• Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Document customer interactions, project details, and sales activity within company CRM systems
• Attend project kickoff and quality assurance meetings as needed
• Generate referrals, repeat business, and positive online reviews
• Stay current on products, technology, industry trends, and company offerings

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional sales or technical training preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems, sales software, mobile applications, and digital communication tools
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs

Desired Qualifications

• Residential HVAC or related in-home sales experience
• Experience presenting financing options and closing high-value residential projects
• Knowledge of HVAC load calculations, energy efficiency standards, and home comfort solutions
