Adecco Staffing is seekingPrint & Mail Production Operatorsfor a fast-paced production and mail-processing company in Portland, Maine. This is atemp-to-hire opportunity with weekly pay. Location: Portland, ME Schedule & Pay 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM | $21/hour 3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM–4:30 AM | $22/hour What You'll Do Operate high-speed printing and mail-inserting equipment Set up machines according to job specifications and production schedules Load paper, envelopes and other materials into equipment Monitor machine performance and production output Perform quality checks to ensure printed materials and mail pieces are accurate Clear minor jams and assist with basic machine troubleshooting Complete production logs and required paperwork Sort, package and hand-finish materials as needed Prepare completed mail for shipment Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area What We're Looking For Previous machine operation, manufacturing or production experience preferred Printing, mailing or equipment operation experience is a plus Ability to read and write in English Basic computer, data entry and math skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow detailed instructions and production specifications Comfortable working around production machinery Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally Able to stand, bend, reach, push and pull throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
