We represent trustees, beneficiaries, conservators, and families in high-stakes disputes involving trusts, estates, fiduciary misconduct, financial elder abuse, and contested probate matters throughout California.

We are seeking an ambitious California-licensed attorney with at least three years of litigation experience who wants meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, courtroom exposure, and a clear path for professional growth.

Trust and estate litigation experience is not required. We welcome strong civil litigators who are interested in developing a specialized and highly rewarding litigation practice.

What You'll Do

• Manage trust, probate, and fiduciary litigation matters with appropriate supervision
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and assist in developing case strategy
• Handle all phases of discovery, including meet-and-confer efforts and depositions
• Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
• Assist with trial preparation and trial work
• Analyze evidence and formulate strategic recommendations
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Familiarity with California civil procedure and evidence rules
• Ability to independently manage deadlines and multiple matters
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and client-service mindset
• Motivated, accountable, and team-oriented

Preferred but Not Required

• Trust, probate, fiduciary, or elder abuse litigation experience
• Deposition experience
• Mediation experience
• Trial preparation experience

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $180,000 – $210,000, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
