Account Executive – Business Financing

Melville, NY | Full-Time | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Big Think Capital is seeking experienced sales professionals with a proven background in business funding, lending, financial services, or high-volume inside sales.

This is not an entry-level sales role. We’re looking for motivated closers who understand how to build trust, manage urgency, and consistently perform in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage inbound and internally sourced financing opportunities
• Consult with business owners to understand funding needs and business goals
• Present tailored financing solutions and guide clients through the process
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent follow-up
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing
• Consistently meet and exceed performance goals

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of success in:

• Business funding
• MCA / alternative lending
• Financial services
• B2B or inside sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• CRM experience preferred
