About This Position This entry-level role keeps day-to-day activities organized by coordinating people, schedules, requests, and workflow. Your focus Coordinate daily tasks and operational priorities Communicate directly with team members and customers Track requests, schedules, and follow-up Help resolve routine workflow issues On-site expectation This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.
