Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.68 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific access control procedures, credential verification, and approved entry and exit protocols at a technology‑focused location. Monitor entrances, lobbies, gates, and/or screening points to help support authorized access, document visitor activity, and report unusual or suspicious activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following post orders, emergency response activities, and escalation procedures for security‑related concerns. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, which may include offices, data‑sensitive areas, parking areas, and common spaces, while observing conditions and reporting maintenance, policy, and/or security‑related issues. Complete logs, incident reports, and other required documentation related to access events, visitor management, deliveries, and/or operational concerns in accordance with site policies and Allied Universal standards. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
