Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, procurement, or coordination

Experience in the packaging or polymer industry is an advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems preferred

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Self-motivated with strong follow-through skills

Team-oriented mindset with collaborative working style

Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities

Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end sales support including preparing quotations, order tracking, and client communication

Coordinate exhibition and trade show activities including booth materials, product displays, packaging, and logistics

Organize and maintain catalogues, datasheets, branding materials, and promotional assets

Manage documentation including purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, and approval workflows

Coordinate shipment and dispatch of product samples to customers, partners, and trade show venues

Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers and vendors

Collaborate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Maintain accurate records within CRM and ERP/procurement systems

Generate weekly status reports and track outstanding documentation

Follow up proactively on pending approvals and missing paperwork

Support vendor onboarding and maintain supplier databases
