Job Description This is a professional position responsible for assisting theSenior Associate A.D. for Facility & Event Management with allphases of game-day operations. Specific responsibilities include: Support ticketing operations for the department of athletics,including season tickets for volleyball, wrestling, and women's& men's basketball. Create ticketing initiatives and promotionsto drive attendance at non-revenue sports. Assist in game-day operations for various sports, includingevent setup/break down, safety/security, housekeeping, visitingteam and officials hospitality, and other duties. Aid in variousspecial events as needed. Assist the Senior Associate A.D. for Facility & EventManagement in athletic-related rentals of athletic facilities,including contract formation, representing the department atday-of-event, and billing reconciliation. Work with on-campus partners when university events requireathletic facilities for events that support the university'smission. Ensure that all events overseen meet Bellarmine, NCAA, andconference standards and expectations. Assist in maintaining and upkeep of athletic facilities toensure they are up to safety standards and expectations. Develop and maintain emergency action plans for all athleticfacilities. Assist the Senior Associate A.D. for Facility & EventManagement in the day-to-day administrative duties. Assist the athletics department with operational dutiesassigned by the Director of Athletics or his/her designee. Requirements Bachelor's Degree required Experience in a collegiate athletic environment. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and writtenskills.
