Henlee is a fast growing premium parenting and lifestyle brand, and we're looking for a creative content creator to become the face behind much of our organic and paid social content. This isn't a corporate marketing job. This is a role for someone who genuinely loves creating content. About Henlee Henlee designs beautiful, premium products for modern families, from baby bags and changing mats to play furniture and children's interiors. Our content is a huge part of our success, and we're investing heavily in creating some of the best performing social content in our industry. You'll work closely with our founder, marketing lead, and creative agency to bring fresh ideas to life every week. You'll spend a lot of your time collaborating directly with our founder, brainstorming ideas, filming content, testing new concepts and helping build both the Henlee brand and the founder's personal brand. About the Role This role centres around one thing: Creating exceptional short form content. You'll spend most of your week: brainstorming ideas filming products editing Reels and TikToks testing new trends creating engaging social content helping produce paid advertising creatives scheduling organic social media No two weeks will look exactly the same. One day you might be filming a new product launch. The next you'll be recreating a trending TikTok. The next you'll be editing high performing Meta ads. What You'll Be Doing Create Amazing Short-Form Content (Primary Focus) Film and edit 10–15 new video creatives each week Create engaging Reels and TikToks Turn product features into entertaining content Bring new ideas and creative concepts to the table Iterate on winning content to improve performance Founder Content & Brand Storytelling Collaborate closely with Henlee's founder to create authentic, engaging content. Capture behind the scenes moments, day in the life content and educational videos. Help grow the founder's personal brand in a way that strengthens the Henlee brand. Identify opportunities to share the founder's expertise, business journey and brand story. Bring fresh ideas for founder-led content to weekly planning sessions. Stay Ahead of Trends Keep up with TikTok and Instagram trends. Identify viral audio, hooks and editing styles. Test new content formats. Proactively suggest new content ideas inspired by emerging trends. Support paid advertising Working alongside our founder, marketing lead and external agency, you'll: Create creative assets for paid advertising Film supporting UGC and lifestyle content Edit existing creatives Organise assets for review and testing Manage Organic Social Plan weekly Instagram and TikTok content Schedule posts Monitor performance Engage with our community Help grow our social channels Community Engagement Support and drive the growth for our new Facebook community Engage with our Instagram audience Help build an active and positive online community around the Henlee brand You Might Be the Perfect Fit If... You naturally notice trends before your friends do. You enjoy filming and editing just for fun. You're the person your friends ask to make birthday videos because yours always turn out better. You love experimenting until a video "just feels right." You're excited by the challenge of making someone stop scrolling. We're Looking For Someone Who... - Is genuinely obsessed with social media - Watches TikTok and Instagram because they enjoy it, not because they have to - Can instantly recognise a trend before it becomes mainstream - You're comfortable being both in front of and behind the camera - Loves filming and editing videos - Has a great eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling - Is highly creative and constantly full of ideas - Is confident, outgoing and brings positive energy to the team - Takes initiative rather than waiting for direction - Thrives in a collaborative environment - Has excellent communication and organisational skills - Loves learning and keeping up with what's new - Can identify authentic moments and turn them into engaging founder-led content. Bonus Points If You Have Experience creating high performing Reels or TikToks Experience with CapCut Experience using Canva Experience creating content for brands Experience with Meta or TikTok advertising creatives Photography or videography skills Working With Us This is an in office role based in Malaga, WA. We believe the best creative ideas come from collaboration, spontaneous brainstorming and creating together.
