About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its dynamic, inclusive, and cross-sector entrepreneurial community. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the organization's strategic path to revenue growth, with a focus on funder relationships, business development, and earned revenue. This role requires a leader who can balance big-picture vision with operational oversight, ensuring that the organization's mission is at the forefront of all activities. Key responsibilities include fundraising, aligning programming with revenue strategy, and leading adaptive execution. The Executive Director will also serve as the primary external spokesperson, cultivate strategic partnerships, and work closely with the Board of Directors to steward relationships and support the organization's governance. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 7-10 years' of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit organizations, fundraising, entrepreneurship support, or a related field. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in cultivating philanthropic, corporate, and other funder relationships, as well as experience in developing and adjusting business models. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of systemic inequities in the entrepreneurial sector and a commitment to expanding access and reducing barriers.
