Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult and pediatric patients who are acutely ill with a wide variety of medical conditions and diseases
• Manage patient assignments within a 25-bed ICU at a ratio of 1:5–6
• Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Administer and manage medications using the Pyxis automated dispensing system
• Adhere to all unit protocols including mandatory mask use within the ICU at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active single-state Oklahoma RN license or valid Compact nursing license
• Minimum of 3 years of ICU nursing experience
• Pediatric ICU experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications — must be American Heart Association (AHA) issued
• NIHSS certification required
• Navy blue scrubs required per unit dress code

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a mixed adult and pediatric ICU environment
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
