Job Summary Working under direct supervision, this Marketing/Sales Associate provides support to solicit business through agents, wholesalers, brokers and direct client contact and qualifies telemarketing leads. The role assists in the development and implementation of growth plans with independent agents to achieve profitable premium growth. Responsibilities Learn to solicit new business and promote PHLY products via an in‑house software system with preloaded leads for the Region. Support regions in meeting their goals by handling ex‑date calls and participating in weekly regional calls. Develop a fixed number of planned and qualified contacts per week, documenting them in the system. Gather and develop referrals from each qualified contact and document them in Path. Assist Regional Marketing Representatives with developing referrals for their firemarked and preferred agents. Submit qualified submissions for processing to Underwriters in complete form with a request for quotation, following the Code of Business Conduct. Answer marketing 800 line phone calls and instant messages. Participate in external and internal training classes and workshops to achieve and maintain expertise on PHLY products. Explain features and merits of policies offered; recommend appropriate amount and type of coverage based on prospect analysis. Work within the assigned region to develop underserviced or new agents and learn to build Preferred Agency and firemarked agency relationships. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Ability to establish and build healthy working relationships and partnerships with clients, vendors and peers. Positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced sales environment. Ability to use various resources and product knowledge to achieve sales goals. Ability to obtain a P&C license within 90 days of starting. Pay Range $57,896 – $63,990. Ultimate salary will depend on geographic location and applicant experience.
