Ohm Solar Solutions is hiring a Roofing Sales Associate to join our growing team in Roseville. This is an entry-level, field-based role focused on connecting with homeowners, identifying roofing and solar needs, and helping drive new business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect neighborhoods and engage directly with homeowners
• Canvass areas to identify roofing and solar opportunities
• Educate homeowners on roofing needs, energy costs, and potential savings
• Set qualified appointments and support the sales process
• Build and manage a personal pipeline of opportunities
• Represent the company with professionalism and strong communication

Qualifications

• Customer service or people-facing experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a field-based, prospecting environment
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to handle a variety of personalities and situations
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Ability to commute to the Chico office daily

• Background in athletics, sales, or competitive environments (preferred)

• On-target earnings (OTE): $90,000 $165,000+ annually

• ~250 attempted contacts
• ~10 appointments set
• 5th sale completed
