Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, lobbies, loading areas, and other key property locations, assisting with visitor access, badge checks, and/or directional support in accordance with site policies. Report maintenance concerns, lighting issues, unsecured doors, and other property-related observations to the appropriate contacts to help support daily operations and security-related awareness. Minimum Requirements At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
