Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions, utilizing video and telehealth platforms to support clients seeking mental health assistance. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and desires. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to help clients improve their coping strategies and emotional regulation. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide continuous support and resources to clients, guiding them through their therapeutic journey. Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health practices. Patient Population / Client Focus As a mental health counselor at Eagle Rock, you will work with a diverse client base, ranging from adolescents to adults, who are faced with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will empower individuals to develop healthier coping mechanisms, navigate life transitions, and foster resilience. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field is required. An active, independent license in Virginia (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC) is mandatory for this position. Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and digital tools to deliver therapy services effectively. Preferred Experience Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience in therapy or counseling, preferably in a virtual setting. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
