Work Environment\n

This role will allow you to work remotely from your home office, promoting a comfortable and convenient working environment. You will be part of a dynamic team that supports a fully virtual care model, designed to deliver essential mental health services effectively. Your schedule will typically be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility for flexible hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized virtual therapy sessions that align with clients’ mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client feedback.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to enhance client coping skills.

• Document session notes and treatment progress consistently in our electronic health record system, ensuring all data is kept confidential and secure.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to review case studies and collaborate on best practices.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring that immediate support is available for clients in distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse client base with varying needs, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your role is crucial in helping clients build coping skills, enhance their emotional well-being, and work towards their personal and therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active independent license as a Mental Health Counselor (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Virginia.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective therapy sessions and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling, therapy, or related mental health roles.

Compensation and Benefits\n
