As a Senior Controls Project Manager, you will be responsible for project financials, administration, implementation, management, and customer satisfaction for all assigned projects within the Commercial HVAC Controls / Building Automation space. You will lead the project team through all facets of the project and is established as the point of contact for all stakeholders. The portfolio of projects will contain multi-building or complex controls projects. In this role, the Senior Controls PM will be expected to mentor team members and act as a subject matter expert on HVAC controls for the business. **What you will do:*** Support sales functions by assisting with quote preparation and proposals.* Responsible for change order management by recommending solutions, facilitating quotes and closing orders.* Support customer satisfaction initiatives by building customer relationships, investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, developing communication plans with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project status.* Create and maintain project schedules generating task, dependencies, milestones, critical path, ability to identify future looking planning needs and resource constraints.* Leads all aspects of project administration including, responsibility for understanding contract clauses, knowledge and risk mitigation of construction contract content language, validating project scope / cost / schedule, managing project compliance, project documentation, project safety guidelines, development and maintenance on project schedules, participating in pre-bid validation meetings, holding internal meetings, and establishing customer expectations,* Financially manages all aspects of projects including cash flow, monthly forecasted cost / revenue, forecasted cost at completion, monitoring expenses, collections support, preparing and facilitating monthly project reviews, applied cost, buy-out plans, analyzes reporting to identify project deficiencies and provides guidance on corrective action, and knowledgeable on financial impacts when adjusting cost categories.* Collaborate with technicians, team leads, and other PMs to establish project task, schedule requirements, communications for project progress, and review of plans / specifications and control submittals.* Utilizes properly qualified subcontractors, oversees subcontractor RFQ process, awards subcontracts, manages subcontractor execution, collaborate with subcontractors to establish communication guidelines for project progress, project meetings, billing expectations, project safety and foster professional relationships with subcontractors.* Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.* Other duties as assigned. **What you will bring:*** Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management Degree a plus.* Combination of degree and/or 7-10 years’ experience in the field of HVAC Controls and Project Management.* Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.* Proficient at resource / manpower planning.* Experience in leading teams comprised of different technical skill levels.* Experience working with building owners is preferred.* Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years. **연간 기본급 범위 또는 시급 기본급 범위**$105,228.33 - $146,720.00**보상 유형:**급여**인센티브 대상**No**판매 수수료 대상**No**면책 조항**: 당사는 이 직무에 대해 다양한 요소를 고려하여 경쟁력 있는 보상을 제공하기 위해 노력하고 있습니다. 실제 보상 수준은 경력, 성과, 지역, 학력, 경험, 출장 요건, 노조 소속 여부 등 여러 요소에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 당사의 보상 범위는 일반적으로 해당 국가의 전국 평균을 기준으로 산정됩니다. 또한, 복리후생은 지역, 사업 부문, 노조 참여, 직원 신분 등에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.**직장과 가정에서 성공하세요:*** 건강 보험 및 관대한 인센티브를 포함한 통합 웰니스 프로그램을 포함하여, 당신과 가족을 위한 복리후생은 첫날부터 적용됩니다 – 우리는 진심으로 관심을 가지고 지원합니다!* 가족 형성 복리후생에는 출산·불임 치료 지원 및 입양/대리모 지원이 포함됩니다.* 401K 매칭 최대 6%, 추가 2% 기본 기여 포함 = 최대 8% 회사 기여.* 유급 휴가에는 15일의 연차, 9일의 유급 공휴일, 3일의 자유 공휴일, 병가 및 자원봉사와 육아 휴가 지원을 위한 추가 옵션이 포함됩니다.* 회사 프로그램을 통한 교육 및 훈련 기회와 학비 지원 및 학자금 부채 지원.면책 고지: 복리후생 제공 내용은 단체 교섭 협약 및 지역/주 규정에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.[eos] 안전 민감 직무Yes회사는 특정 직무를 안전 민감 직무로 지정합니다. 안전 민감 직무의 경우 추가적인 약물 검사가 요구될 수 있습니다. 본 직무는 안전 민감 직무입니다.저희는 경쟁력 있는 보상과 포괄적인 복리후생 및 프로그램을 제공합니다. 당사는 기회균등 고용주로서, 모든 적격 지원자는 인종, 피부색, 종교, 성별, 성적 지향, 성 정체성, 출신 국가, 임신, 연령, 혼인 여부, 장애, 보호대상 재향군인 신분 또는 기타 법적으로 보호되는 신분에 관계없이 채용 심사 대상이 됩니다.
