Requirements 10+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, including direct management of staff, is required. Strong analytical, reporting, and surveillance skills. Flexible, dependable, able to follow directions, and possess a positive attitude. Desire to provide exceptional customer service internally and externally. Work effectively as a team member in a time-sensitive environment. Job Duties Direct department managers and supervisors in the performance of the day-to-day operations. Delegate responsibilities between departments to achieve optimal operating results and continuous improvement. Strives for cost-per-line improvements in all operations with a focus on productivity gains and error reduction. Monitor warehouse performance towards corporate goals. Analyzes results and initiates appropriate action to achieve goals. Maintain operations reporting to include creating Excel spreadsheets, production reports, and WMS reporting. Manage projects to ensure goals and timelines are met. Assist the GM in all management/administrative functions.
