As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in supervising and assisting with the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility. Your responsibilities will ensure that the highest degree of total quality care is maintained at all times, in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards. You will work closely with the director of Nursing to uphold these standards and provide compassionate care to residents.

• Assist and supervise daily nursing activities
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local standards
• Collaborate with the director of Nursing to maintain quality care
• Provide rehabilitative and restorative nursing care
• Need 3 years experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable institution
• Current LPN license in the state of Colorado
• IV certification preferred for LPNs
• Current BLS certification
• Access to reliable transportation is required
