• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,350 - $1,420
• Schedule: Consistent daytime schedule with no call

Job Requirements

• Active Colorado LPN license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, long term care, or comparable healthcare setting
• Experience with rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
• Current BLS certification
• IV certification preferred
• Successful completion of Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check
• Reliable transportation is required for this rural Colorado location

Responsibilities

• Assist and supervise day-to-day nursing activities during your shift
• Support delivery of high-quality resident care in accordance with federal, state, and local standards
• Work closely with the nursing leadership team to help maintain excellent resident outcomes
• Provide skilled, compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Contribute to a safe, organized, and supportive senior care environment
• Use restorative and rehabilitative nursing principles to promote resident well-being
