Job Location Sam's Club #4911 1740 North FM 157 Mansfield, TX 76063-0000 Responsibilities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with the team; be flexible to business needs. Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions and mass productions; anticipate seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Drive the performance of the area; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying member needs; assist members with purchasing decisions, payment types, and locating merchandise; resolve member issues and concerns. Act as a brand advocate; develop, influence, and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style; understand roadblocks and assist in training. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans; use the Open Door Policy and apply these in executing business processes and practices. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information; recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
