Operate forklift safely, following company standards and guidelines for picking, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets, and modify equipment maintenance as required. Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, teammates, customers, and partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations. Receive and organize stocks and merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers, managing inventory flow and maintaining accurate paperwork and logs. Provide member service by identifying member needs, offering guidance on self‑service technology, and resolving issues while promoting the company’s products and services. Maintain the safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials safely, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintain sales floor merchandising presentation, properly zoning the area, stocking, rotating goods, removing damaged or outdated items, and ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise. Ensure club pickup orders are filled by assisting with picking, staging, and auditing orders against company policy. Manage inventory moves and displays, track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, and control shrinkage; report poor inventory practices and low stock levels. Operate and maintain forklifts safely, reporting any unsafe conditions or mechanical issues to management. Assist customers with technology services, identify shrink opportunities, maintain equipment, and promptly resolve problems.
