Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate Mansfield, TX Sam's Club #4911; 1740 North FM 157, Mansfield, TX 76063-0000 Position Summary Prepared meals and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily by following recipes and maintaining rotisserie chicken at optimal quality. They wrap, label, store merchandise, assist members, and ensure a clean, safe environment. Responsibilities Prepare food according to item specifications. Maintain product quality and freshness. Ensure shelves are clean, temperature controlled, expiration dates verified, and dispose of lesser‑quality food. Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food. Maintain the sales floor in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, sanitized, member‑ready area. Assist members with bakery orders and other inquiries. Follow food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold‑chain compliance. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment. Use digital tools for production and quality decisions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate peers on tools, tasks, and resources. Drive area performance, manage inventory, rotate merchandise, and eliminate waste. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Experience with fresh food preparation. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Comfortable with change, problem‑solving, and team collaboration. Ability to use digital tools (handheld devices). Strong communication and customer‑service skills. Preferred Qualifications Food Service or Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
