Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31

What You'll Do

Verify physician orders and ensure procedural accuracy
Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
Explain procedures to patients, ensuring understanding and comfort
Review images prior to transmission for quality standards
Complete quality control procedures according to regulatory standards
Assist in departmental operations including inventory management and equipment maintenance
Adapt communication and approaches based on patient needs and privacy considerations
Maintain strict compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare laws and standards

What You Need

Required:
- ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist
- Current unrestricted LA State license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Proficiency in using computers and radiology information systems
Preferred:
- Prior radiology experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including holidays and weekends
