As a CNC Mill Operator, you'll work with Haas and Fedal CNC mills using Fanuc controls to manufacture precision components supporting data center, agricultural, and industrial industries. What You'll Do

• Operate Haas and Fedal CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls
• Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and basic G & M code edits
• Read blueprints, setup sheets, and production specifications
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM equipment
• Monitor production runs to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• Troubleshoot tooling, machining, and process issues to minimize downtime
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using shop math and GD&T principles
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area
• Support production of precision components for growing industrial markets

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of CNC machining or CNC operating experience OR completion of a machining/trade school program
• Experience operating CNC mills or lathes in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read blueprints and setup documentation
• Familiarity with Fanuc controls, Haas machines, or similar CNC equipment
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
• Understanding of shop math and GD&T
• Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and maintain quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Haas, Fedal, or similar CNC platforms
• Basic G & M code editing experience
• Experience working with CMM equipment
• Experience in precision machining, metal fabrication, or industrial manufacturing

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Little Canada, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
