Outreach Specialist

We’re partnering with a fast-growing tech company (startup-style environment) that’s hiring an Outreach Specialist to support a high-volume verification process. This role sits at the core of the operations team and plays a key part in delivering accurate, time-sensitive products. What you’ll do: Own end-to-end outreach to complete employment and income verifications Make outbound calls and send written communication to HR and payroll contacts Research and validate employer information to ensure data accuracy and prevent fraud Manage a high volume of requests, handling new cases and follow-ups daily Navigate internal systems to complete verifications within defined SLAs Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes What we’re looking for: 1+ year of experience in outreach, call center, sales, or customer-facing roles Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability #J-18808-Ljbffr Quest Talent Solutions
