Job Summary Greet guests with a smile and take their orders and payment quickly and accurately. The role includes inside and outside (Drive‑Up) positions, taking phone and catering orders, and delivering completed orders to guests by calling out numbers with a rhyme (e.g., "#29, it’s time to dine!"). Prepare food to high‑quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace. Cook items such as Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and other menu items. Follow provided recipes and uphold Portillo’s standards, ensuring proper sanitation practices and creating fresh, made‑to‑order salads.
