This includes, but is not limited to: Identifying opportunities for promoting the community and coordinating referral, outreach events or activities to attract and secure referrals that generate leads. Developing and evaluating a quarterly/annual outreach and marketing plan. Representing the company and establishing relationships with business and community leaders as well as conducting public speaking engagements and tours of the community and care center. Partnering with the Sales Director to identify potential care center residents. Qualifications Qualified applicants are repossess a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, public relations, and/or marketing, preferably in health care. Experience with community outreach and presentation to various size groups, organizations and individuals preferred; College degree is required. Must possessa valid and current state driver's license. Additional requirements include: Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills including public speaking. Ability to network with local community leaders, organizations, and professionals. Knowledge of operations, services and continuum of care in all venues in the community.
