• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, program management, project management, communications, or related functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Preferred:
• • Experience in healthcare, medtech, life sciences, or healthcare marketing.
  • Familiarity with clinical evidence, value propositions, and customer-centric marketing approaches.
  • Experience working in a global matrix organization.
  • Background supporting executive communications or strategic marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Strategic Marketing Initiatives
• • Coordinate workstreams that support the Cancer Care Narrative (CCN) and related marketing transformation efforts.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment across Business Lines, regions, and corporate functions.
  • Track deliverables, identify risks, and remove roadblocks to ensure successful execution.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• • Serve as a central point of coordination between Marketing, Business Lines, Regional teams, and Communications.
  • Organize workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, action logs, and governance processes.
  • Facilitate approvals and ensure adherence to internal review processes.
• Program Operations & Reporting
• • Monitor initiative progress against milestones and business objectives.
  • Prepare status updates for leadership teams.
  • Maintain project documentation and resource plans.
  • Drive operational excellence across multiple concurrent projects.
