Technical Project Manager, Austin TX

We are looking to expand our team in Austin, Texas! Project Managers at L’Renee & Associates (LRA) provide project management oversight, technical and mobile device support for both internal and external clients. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, a passion for continuous improvement, the ability to manage multiple tasks and external stakeholders, while fostering healthy working relationships are required. Responsibilities Manage multiple projects with the ability to prioritize competing needs in a fast-paced changing environment Provide project management and mobile device support services for stakeholders an end-users Perform project analysis and deliver progress reports Field incoming calls/emails Identify, manage and/or mitigate project risks and issues Document and report daily, weekly, and monthly project performance Manage assigned tasks according to the defined scope of the project Develop and implement project plans and schedules Document processes and workflows Track project deliverables Mediate and resolve project conflicts Develop and coordinate scheduling with stakeholders and end-users Provide ongoing training and support for end-users Attend weekly team and operations meetings Travel in the field, as required to provide project support Other duties as assigned Desired Skills Desire to learn and master new systems, software, and equipment Ability to multitask and manage across overlapping projects Proficient in Microsoft computer applications and project management tools (i.e., Gantt Charts, project management software, etc.) Proficient experience in creating and maintaining spreadsheets and reports Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills Communication & Troubleshooting Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentations Outstanding troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Travel Requirement Ability to travel as necessary Benefits Competitive salary Healthcare benefit packages (Medical, Dental, and Vision) 401(k) with employer matching Paid Vacation and Personal Time Off along with federally recognized holiday schedule Professional Development stipend #J-18808-Ljbffr
