Job Description
As the front desk receptionist and an admin assistant you will serve as the first point of contact for customers while providing administrative and operational support to the management, HVAC and Plumbing team. This position is responsible for answering phones, scheduling service calls, dispatching technicians, processing customer payments, and preparing estimates. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
