Job Summary


Our client is seeking a dynamic Clinical Operations Manager to lead and oversee nursing and healthcare operations, ensuring seamless delivery and compliance with healthcare standards.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff and medical assistants across multiple service sites.
• Partner with operations leadership to construct clinical coverage schedules and optimize daily workflows.
• Direct the Intensive Nurse Care Management Program, collaborating with department leadership to define targets and monitor clinical outcomes.
• Lead clinical incident reviews and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison integrating medical, behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and external community partners.
• Assist with clinical operations as needed, including patient triage and complex care coordination.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proven leadership ability to balance administrative accountability with supportive team management.
• Prior experience with vulnerable or marginalized populations is preferred.
• Hands-on experience supervising medical assistant teams is preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Nurse Care Manager.
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience.

Additional Requirements

• Requires flexibility to float between various sites for the first 6-8 months.
