Join one of the largest and most modern collision repair facilities in the Milwaukee area. Lake Automotive

Group is looking for a customer-focused Body Shop Estimator to help guide customers through the repair

process while working alongside top insurance carriers and an experienced repair team.

The ideal candidate is detailed-oriented, has strong customer service skills, and previous estimating

experience. This is a highly visible role that provides the right candidate with the ability to work with some of the top insurance companies in the United States. Experience with CCC One, Mitchell or Audatex is helpful.

ABOUT OUR BODY SHOPS:

• Monday - Friday position

• No Saturdays

• No Sundays

• Air Conditioned Shop

• Dedicated Tech locker room, restroom and breakroom, equipped with microwave, refrigerator and coffee

maker

• Brand new above ground hoists

• 5 spray booths

• 4 straightening racks

• Indoor estimating area

• Indoor delivery area

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing & presenting estimates to our customer and insurance carriers

• Verifying and checking on the timeliness and accuracy of the necessary parts

• Contact and update customers on their vehicle and claims process

• Maintain existing relationships with insurance carriers and agents

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ideal candidate will have 1+ years of previous estimating experience (preferred)

• Experience with CCC, Mitchell and/or Audatex estimating software is helpful

• Detail oriented and career minded

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $60,000-$90,000 annually
