Someone who can build and run the operational engine of this business, represent the lead agent with confidence when he is out of the city — which is roughly 40 percent of the time — and make the kind of judgment calls that keep a high‑producing business moving without missing a beat. Adding support staff, shaping team structure, and stepping into an increasingly strategic seat alongside the lead agent are all on the table for the right person. We are not filling a vacancy.
