We challenge. Everything we do is designed around impact. We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our team in shaping and enhancing our SaaS platform. In this role, you will act as a key link between stakeholders, customers, and the development team, ensuring our product delivers exceptional value. You will also be responsible for managing and optimizing the sales funnel, aligning product development efforts with sales and marketing goals to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our SaaS platform, aligning with business objectives and customer needs. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to identify opportunities that enhance the customer journey and drive revenue growth. Partner with sales and marketing teams to analyze and optimize the SaaS sales funnel, identifying friction points and proposing solutions. Define and prioritize features that support lead generation, conversion, and onboarding processes. Track key funnel metrics such as lead-to-customer conversion rates, churn, and customer lifetime value (CLV). Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with both technical and business priorities. Create clear, detailed user stories with acceptance criteria that reflect SaaS-specific use cases like subscription management, user onboarding, and analytics. Work with UX/UI teams to ensure the SaaS platform offers a seamless user experience across all customer touchpoints. Gather feedback from customers, analyze usage patterns, and incorporate insights into product enhancements. Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team during Agile sprints. Align product releases with go-to-market strategies, ensuring smooth handoffs between development, sales, and customer success teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product KPIs and share regular updates on the product roadmap and sales funnel performance. Advocate for customer needs while balancing business goals. Leverage data analytics tools to monitor product performance and the sales funnel. Use insights to inform product decisions, feature prioritization, and sales strategies. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure the SaaS platform stays ahead of industry trends. Identify new features or integrations that enhance customer value and increase market share. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years in product management or product ownership, preferably in a SaaS environment. Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription-based pricing, and customer retention strategies. Strong understanding of multi-location digital marketing. Strong understanding of digital media (PPC, Display, Social, Listing and reputation management). Proven experience managing and optimizing sales funnels in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel). Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills. Preferred Qualifications: Background in user research and usability testing for SaaS platforms. Passion for Martech and Ai.
