Marketplace Project Specialist

Super Bright LEDs is seeking a Marketplace Project Specialist whose primary responsibilities will revolve around planning, executing, and closing projects related to our online marketplaces. This role requires a keen understanding of e-commerce, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is a full-time position located in Earth City, MO working Monday-Friday. Local candidates to the St. Louis area (Missouri and Illinois) only please.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Monitor progress against project plans and adjust as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Ensure that project documentation is organized, accessible, and regularly updated to reflect the latest project developments.
• Document lessons learned and best practices for future reference.
• Facilitate effective communication, ensuring that all parties are informed of project status, changes, and key decisions.
• Regularly update team members on project progress and address any issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in marketplace project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the context of e-commerce or online marketplaces
• Experience with third-party tools and software for marketplace optimization
• Knowledge of Amazon advertising and promotion features
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
