## Respiratory Therapist RRT - Part Time - NightsApplylocations: HPH Highland Park Hospitaltime type: Part timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R43731**Hourly Pay Range:**$33.16 - $49.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.**Position Highlights:*** **Position**: Respiratory Therapist - RRT* **Location**: Highland Park Hospital - Highland Park, IL* **Part Time | 20 hours/week*** **Hours**: 8 or 12 hour shifts available from 7:00pm to 7:30am and 11:00pm -7:30am with every other weekend rotation and holidays required**What you will do:*** Provide respiratory therapy to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients as ordered by physicians according hospital policy and procedures* Assess patients to determine most suitable method of administering treatment* Document treatment, equipment maintenance and quality control activities and transcribe verbal or phone order by physicians* Communicate to patient and family the treatment being performed in a clear manner* Monitor patient physiological response to therapy with special attention to the pediatric and neonatal patients* Provide patient and staff education**What will you need:*** **License:** Licensed by the State of Illinois as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, **required*** **Education:** Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of respiratory therapy, **required*** **Certification:** CPR (BLS) issued by American Heart Association, **required*** **Experience:** 6 months experience in a health care setting ***preferred***; 1 year of adult critical care experience, neonatal or adult, ***preferred*****Benefits (For full time or part time positions):*** Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance.
