ACLD’sProgramFacilitator supports the employment programs and oversees daily program projects to ensure quality service. In this position, you will: Provide administrative support to Director of Employment Services. Create an maintain office documents, databases, correspondence, invoices, billing, staff allocations and reports. Review Developmental Disabilities Profiles (DDP’s), case notes and monthlies to ensure they are accurate and timely. Ensure procedure for securing billing and related documentation is followed. Depending on department needs, responsible for all vocational coverage on an as needed basis. Participate in Quality Assurance reviews to gather documentation.. Manage service appointments and all fleet management needs for program vehicles. Provide back-up for other administrative staff. Other duties as assigned. Coordination of committee and departmental meeting needs Monitor implementation of internal Individualized Service Plan/Supported Employment Plan (ISP/SEMP) plan tracking system to ensure acquisition of accurate documentation. Additional Essential Functions - Supporting ACCES Coordinate Vocational referrals by completing intakes, eligibility documentation, preparing summary of individual intakes, in addition to making recommendations. Oversee the intake process for all Vocational Service Applicants. Determine appropriateness of referral; track acquisition and review of supporting documentation; assess and recommend appropriate vocational services. Provide program tours to potential applicants and their advocates. Liaison with other departments/programs as related to Vocational Services. Vocational representation to the following committees: Day/Vocational Coordination, Residential/Vocational Coordination and Residential Intake. Participate in the development of new Vocational program initiatives. Maintain contact with applicable government agencies and comply with all Developmental Disabilities Service Organization (DDSO) and ACCES reporting requirements as they relate to persons, we support information. Assist in assuring compliance with internal regulatory quality assurance and corporate compliance standards and track the submission of OPWDD eligibility and receipt of ACCES referral and authorization of service. Maintain contact with persons, families and other service providers to ensure all documentation is collected and timely services commence. Additional Essential Functions -Supporting School District Contracts To coordinate with school districts to refer students for internships. To facilitate billing for the school districts. Substantial reasoning skills required including the ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete issues simultaneously; to apply principles of logic or theoretical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, problem solve, develop solutions and prioritize. Must have excellent organizational skills and deal effectively with all areas of management, outside service providers and individuals, family members and guardians. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred One year progressively responsible experience in rehabilitation or related field preferred Knowledge of Adult Career Continuing Education Services- Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES-VR) and Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) delivery system preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
