For additional information visit Job Description Pharmacy Technicians, under the supervision of a license pharmacist, assist in the various activities of the pharmacy department. Pharmacy Technicians assist the pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining the drug inventory and maintenance of records. Pharmacy Technicians function in accordance with standard written procedures, guidelines and state and federal regulations. They do not perform duties that can legally be performed only by a registered pharmacist. Qualifications Shift

PER DIEM VARIED

Education High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Experience Minimum of one (1) year experience preferred. Technical Skills Automation experience with knowledge of reporting features (i.e., optimization, load/unload, nursing narcotic access, etc.) License/Certification Current license as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Nevada, Certification by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board or the National Healthcareer Association as a pharmacy technician.
