Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule rides, verify eligibility, and resolve transportation issues while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assist members with scheduling, updating, or canceling transportation through inbound and outbound calls Resolve transportation-related issues and document interactions accurately in the CRM system Ensure compliance with Medicaid, HIPAA, and transportation requirements while meeting performance KPIs Required qualifications MUST be fluent in English and Spanish 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, healthcare, or transportation role MUST have your own equipment for remote work Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and document interactions quickly Reliable attendance and punctuality, with flexibility for various shifts including weekends and holidays
