Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 Per Year

Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
- Market appropriate products and services to maximize value.
- Work with the agent to set and achieve marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
- Foster long-lasting customer relationships with your team.
Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
- Excellent Communication Skills Written, Verbal, and Auditory
- Self-Motivated and dedicated to customer service
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to effectively relate to and anticipate customer needs

- Our office is located in Gilbert, AZ.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1998.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of University of Iowa.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
