Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of residents to assess their physical capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement targeted treatment plans tailored to enhance strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques, utilizing evidence-based practices to address specific physical impairments.
• Monitor patient progress closely, documenting advancements and modifying treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to integrate physical therapy goals with overall patient care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful Physical Therapist will primarily work with residents in the rehabilitation center, focusing on geriatric patients who require support after surgery, injury, or chronic illness. Through personalized physical therapy interventions, you will directly contribute to improving their mobility, strength, and independence, thereby significantly impacting their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A current and valid physical therapy license in New York State.
• A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
